Tasks

  • Develop of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), that include programs of the academic staff, administrative staff, housing, vacations, leaves, penalties, scholarships, staff assessment, staff attendance management, travels,  cellular phones, etc., in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  • Implement all tasks and changes requested from Human Resources Department and solve the technical problems encountered in their work.
  • Provide training and assistance for the clerks’ staff and end users in the university.
  • Follow-up and management of tasks in the division to ensure the progress of work properly, qualifying members of the division to involve them in the process of development, maintenance, systems management, and documentation according to the adopted policies.
  • Supervise the systems and programs to ensure their integrity and functioning properly.
