Tasks

• Monitor the functionality and performance of hosted information systems on the main servers.
• Supervise the functionality and performance databases of various information systems to ensure their confidentiality and security.
• Run routine and periodic maintenance for the databases, and implement necessary updates.
• Set up a routine backup of databases and retrieval operations policies and ensure their proper functionality and integrity.
• Provision services and technical consultations required by other divisions in the center that are related to databases management.
• Solving emergency problems that may occur in the university information systems center that are related to databases management.
• Follow-up and management of tasks in the division to ensure the progress of work properly, qualifying members of the division to involve them in the process of development, maintenance, systems management, and documentation according to the adopted policies.
